Pricing
Our pricing is fully transparent, with no hidden fees or additional taxes. Your venue rental includes full access to our collection of major rentals, including tabletop and decorative pieces. Catering and all other vendors are contracted separately by the couple.

Payment Schedule
To reserve your date, we require:
• A 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking
• The remaining 50% due two months prior to your event

Catering
You are welcome to select your caterer from our preferred vendor list, which includes trusted professionals who are familiar with the property.

Alcohol
Jeune Perché does not sell or provide alcohol.
• You are welcome to purchase your alcohol from any supplier
• There is no minimum alcohol purchase required
Event Insurance
Event insurance is required for all bookings and typically costs around $200. We will provide a link to make this process simple.

Refundable Security Deposit
A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required to cover any damages or excessive cleaning. This deposit is returned within 10 business days following your event.

Planner Requirement
To ensure a smooth and well coordinated day, all couples are required to work with a professional wedding planner.
